Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience to join our home healthcare team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is passionate about functional rehabilitation, patient education, and working independently in home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in patients homes

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals

Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and post-surgical conditions as applicable

Train patients and caregivers on activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices

Recommend and educate on home modifications to improve safety and independence

Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain compliance with Saudi health regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license or eligibility

Minimum 3 years of full-time clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist

Experience in home healthcare or rehabilitation settings (preferred)

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage a home visit schedule
