Job Description

  1. To support specific performance improvement initiatives, e.g. through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework.
  2. Develop & implement and design Org Charts, Unit Descriptions, Job Descriptions, KPIs & objectives
  3. Monitoring the status changes (promotions, transfers, resignations, retirements etc...), provide required reports as per budgeted FTEs &Manpower Planning Policy
  4. Support in HR restructuring project including full revision & analyses of HR systems, policies, procedures, detect deficiency areas, provide proper solutions
  5. Develop & update HR Policies & procedures in light of law, regulations & HR best practices
  6. Continually improves processes to develop Performance Appraisal systems.
  7. Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations
