The Strategic RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic OD (Organizational Development) & Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our people strategy in Hurghada.
Crucially, this role demands a strong, specialized background in Organizational Development. We are looking for a true OD expert who can architect and implement change, not just manage routine HR operations. You will be responsible for transforming our organization's capabilities and ensuring we attract the right talent to match our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas1. Organizational Development (OD) CORE FOCUS:- Lead Strategic Change Management: Design and execute large-scale OD interventions and change programs to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, and structure.
- Culture Architect: Develop, implement, and embed robust strategies for shaping and sustaining our desired organizational culture and values.
- Performance and Talent Management: Revamp and manage comprehensive performance appraisal systems, succession planning frameworks, and high-potential development programs.
- Leadership Development: Identify competency gaps and design specialized training and coaching programs for management and leadership teams.
- Note: This role is primarily strategic and is not focused on routine personnel administration.
2. Talent Acquisition (TA):- Develop and execute an advanced, strategic talent acquisition strategy to secure top-tier talent, particularly for specialist and leadership roles in the Hurghada market.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate journey.
- Build employer brand awareness locally and nationally.
Qualifications The OD Expertise We Need- Minimum [Specify Years, e.g., 6-8] years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of [Specify Years, e.g., 4] years dedicated to hands-on, strategic OD role design and implementation.
- Demonstrable and deep expertise in OD methodologies, organizational design, change management, and cultural transformation.
- Proven track record of success in implementing complex performance management systems and succession planning frameworks.
- Familiarity with the employment market and recruitment challenges in the Red Sea region (Hurghada).
- Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across all levels of the organization.
