Purpose of the Job:
This role requires both developing and implementing.
Responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Odoo ERP system to meet business requirements effectively. Assessing client needs, customizing modules, and providing ongoing support to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. To work closely with cross-functional teams, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and training users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Odoo solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify areas where Odoo can add value.
- Set up and configure Odoo modules (such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.) based on the specific requirements of the client or organization.
- Customize Odoo applications, often through coding or module adjustments, to tailor solutions to unique business workflows.
- Test and debug Odoo applications to ensure smooth functionality and fix issues as they arise.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure team members understand the system and can operate it efficiently.
- Migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo and integrate Odoo with other third-party software if required.
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation on processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
- Identify and solve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
