Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for understanding client business processes, gathering requirements, implementing Odoo ERP modules, delivering user training, and ensuring successful go-live.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and map them to Odoo functionality.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Gather requirements and create functional specifications for customization.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide support during go-live.
- Deliver Odoo demos and user training sessions.
- Collaborate with technical developers for customizations.
- Document processes and create user manuals.
- Provide post-implementation support to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/Business processes (finance, logistics, HR, operations).
- Previous experience with Odoo ERP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Odoo Functional Certification is a strong plus.
