Role Description

Odoo Functional Consultantin Heliopolis, Egypt, outlines a role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, and customer relationship skills. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Analyzing Business/System Requirements: Working with stakeholders to gather, review, and analyze requirements.
• Business Analysis: Creating detailed analyses to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Systems Evaluation: Evaluating and maintaining system requirements.
• User Stories and Documentation: Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Training: Instructing users on ERP solutions.
• Project Management: Creating and managing project plans and schedules.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related IT specialty.
• A solid understanding of business processes and operational procedures in various domains such as sales, HR, payroll, accounting, and point of sale.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP implementation, particularly with Odoo/OpenERP.
• Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to customization needs during ERP implementation.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in writing online content.
• Multilingual capabilities.
• A driving license and personal vehicle.
• Strong analytical skills.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and operation of Odoo ERP systems, serving as a liaison between the end-users and the company, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.ss requirements, communicating with stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions, and providing post-implementation support.
