Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Sales Executive located in Cairo, Egypt. The Odoo Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients to introduce Odoo solutions, build and nurture strong client relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
- Conduct meetings to analyze client business processes and requirements
- Deliver professional, customized Odoo demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, scope documents, and cost estimations
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure solution feasibility
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in CRM
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in ERP software sales
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience selling Odoo ERP is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
