Odoo Technical Lead

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for an Odoo Technical Lead. The Odoo Technical Lead will oversee technical aspects of Odoo projects, including designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining customized solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, leading a team of developers, integrating third-party tools and applications, and ensuring optimal system performance. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives.

• Odoo development, module customization, and integration expertise
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript
• Strong database management and optimization experience
• Knowledge of Odoo deployment, configuration, and version controls
• Familiarity with business process analysis and workflow-based development
• Leadership skills to guide technical teams and ensure project delivery
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
