Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria for an Odoo Technical Team Leader. The role involves overseeing a team of developers, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and managing the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will coordinate with project stakeholders to meet project requirements and objectives effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and support team members effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to address technical challenges promptly.
- Expertise in Software Development with experience in Odoo, including customizing and implementing Odoo modules.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including task delegation, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria on a full-time basis.
- Experience in the ERP domain and familiarity with agile development methodologies are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
