Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell ready and off-plan properties to local and international clients
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors
- Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies
- Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal processes
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market developments
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Dubai real estate market
- RERA license
- UAE driver's license and own car
- Strong negotiation and selling skills with a proven record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Team player with professional presentation
