Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
- Generate leads through networking, social media, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site tours.
- Stay updated with the latest project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months 1 year experience in UAE off-plan real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must be currently in the UAE.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Should be able to join immediately.
