Key Responsibility
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
- Generate leads through networking, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and project site tours.
- Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months 1 year UAE off-plan real estate experience.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Available to join immediately.
