Elysian Real Estate is expanding its Luxury Off-Plan division and with it, we are launching a brand-new sales team led by internationally recognised Sales Leader, Coach and Trainer, Jim Bergeron.

With over 20 years of market leadership, Elysian continues to attract top talent and industry leaders. Following the impact of his sales training with our brokers in 2024, Jim officially joins Elysian as a full-time Sales Manager, bringing a new level of structure, coaching and performance leadership to our Off-Plan division.

A Sales Leader in Dubai, Jim has spent 18 years in the UAE mastering Dubai's evolving business and real estate landscape. He is a recognised Sales Trainer and Official Grant Cardone 10X Business Coach. Jim has built a reputation for developing high-performing sales professionals and transforming agents into consistent closers.

The Role

• Advise HNWIs and investors on Dubai's most prestigious off-plan opportunities

• Manage qualified buyer leads using a consultative, investment-focused approach

• Build personal brand presence through social media, networking and proactive outreach

• Represent Elysian at exclusive developer launches, roadshows and VIP events

• Maintain expert knowledge of luxury developments and market movements

• Negotiate and close high-value transactions end-to-end
