Job Title: Off-Plan Property Consultant
Reports To: Sales Director
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of Dubais off-plan market, and the ability to build strong client relationships while meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about new projects, prices, and trends.
- Generate and manage a portfolio of clients through various channels (calls, referrals, digital leads, events, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing consultation and support.
- Conduct presentations and property tours for potential investors and end-users.
- Guide clients through the buying process, from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams for effective lead follow-up and documentation.
- Attend property launches, developer meetings, and training sessions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience (off-plan sales preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Dubais off-plan property market and major developers (EMAAR, DAMAC, Sobha, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
- RERA Certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
