Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Off Plan Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. The responsibilities include assisting clients with real estate transactions, promoting off-plan properties, maintaining strong customer relations, and closing property sales. The agent will ensure that clients are guided through the purchasing process with professional expertise and market insights, focusing on delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property regulations and practices
• Proven expertise in real estate and sales processes at least 1 year
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals in a fast-paced market
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market is advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other real estate software tools
