PropHunters Real Estate is a growing Dubai-based real estate agency specializing in property advisory and off-plan sales.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents who want to build a strong career, develop their personal brand, work with exciting property opportunities, and grow their sales and earning potential.

What You'll Do

Sell off-plan properties across Dubai.
Generate and develop new client relationships.
Work with buyers, investors, and property professionals.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
Present suitable projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project visits.
Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close property transactions.
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated on Dubai's latest property launches, developers, prices, payment plans, and market trends.
Work toward individual sales targets and performance goals.

Content Creation & Personal Brand

At PropHunters, we believe today's successful real estate professional can build business through both relationships and digital content.

Content creation is an important part of this role.

You will be expected to:

Create a minimum of 2 short-form real estate videos per working day.
Be comfortable appearing on camera.
Share content through your professional social media profile and/or PropHunters company channels.
Create content such as property tours, project presentations, Dubai market updates, investment insights, and community guides.
Build your professional visibility and personal brand with company support.

You don't need to be a professional content creator. We are looking for agents who are willing to learn, be consistent, and become comfortable creating real estate content.

Leads & Growth

PropHunters supports agents with company-generated leads through Meta and Google marketing campaigns.

Lead allocation may vary based on business activity, follow-up, sales performance, content consistency, and overall performance.

Agents who demonstrate consistent activity and strong performance may receive increased opportunities from company-generated lead campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience.
Valid UAE driving license.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
Comfortable speaking with clients and appearing on camera.
Willing to consistently create and publish real estate content.
Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Italian, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage.

Compensation

This is a full-time, commission-based real estate sales position.

Commission structure and compensation details will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.
