We are seeking a dedicated Off Plan Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves guiding clients through end-to-end processes for off-plan property transactions. Responsibilities include identifying client requirements, presenting property options, conducting viewings, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. The Off Plan Specialist will also stay updated on market trends and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Expertise in the UAE real estate market and knowledge of off-plan property sales processes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software applications.
• Team player with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in real estate, particularly with off-plan properties, is highly preferred.
• A valid UAE driver's license and access to reliable transportation is essential.
