Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent followups with leads to drive conversions and sales growth.
- Manage the full closing process to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
- Build and expand your sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients.
- Attend viewings, meetings, and property tours as required.
- Actively engage in networking activities to acquire new clients and listings.
Requirements
- We welcome candidates who speak Turkish, Arabic, English, German, or Russian.
- Proven direct sales experience in real estate or related highvalue industries.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (OffPlan, Secondary,Luxury, Commercial, or Leasing).
- Strong track record of closing deals in the UAE.
- Excellent English communication skills; bilingual/trilingual candidates are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends.
- UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Ability to work on a commissiononly structure with high earning potential.
