Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract completions.
  • Coordinate exit procedures across departments (HR, IT, Finance, Administration, Legal, and Security).
  • Prepare and process separation documentation, including acceptance of resignation letters, termination letters, clearance forms, and final settlement documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Calculate and coordinate final settlements including accrued leave, end-of-service benefits, and other entitlements.
  • Conduct and document exit interviews; analyze feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Coordinate retrieval of company assets (ID cards, laptops, access badges, vehicles, etc.).
  • Ensure timely deactivation of system access and maintain data security protocols.
  • Update HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding separation procedures and required documentation.
  • Support audits by maintaining organized and compliant offboarding records.
  • Monitor offboarding KPIs and prepare related reports for HR leadership.
  • Support to payroll activities when required
  • Strong experience in HR systems, preferably MenaItech and/or Oracle.
  • Strong system skills and ability to perform adjustments.
  • Fast learner.
  • Good command of English.
  • High work ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR administration.
