Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract completions.
Coordinate exit procedures across departments (HR, IT, Finance, Administration, Legal, and Security).
Prepare and process separation documentation, including acceptance of resignation letters, termination letters, clearance forms, and final settlement documents.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Calculate and coordinate final settlements including accrued leave, end-of-service benefits, and other entitlements.
Conduct and document exit interviews; analyze feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
Coordinate retrieval of company assets (ID cards, laptops, access badges, vehicles, etc.).
Ensure timely deactivation of system access and maintain data security protocols.
Update HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding separation procedures and required documentation.
Support audits by maintaining organized and compliant offboarding records.
Monitor offboarding KPIs and prepare related reports for HR leadership.
Support to payroll activities when required
Strong experience in HR systems, preferably MenaItech and/or Oracle.
Strong system skills and ability to perform adjustments.
Fast learner.
Good command of English.
High work ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
25 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR administration.
