Job Description

Persistence Recruitment, in collaboration with Jawraa, is recruiting for the dynamic team engaged in the ambitious project of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and support of Office 365 services, contributing to the success of this groundbreaking initiative.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Planner, InTune, Power BI, and Azure Active Directory
  • Address connectivity and mobility issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Incident Management:

  • Lead the resolution of critical or urgent issues related to email and mobility infrastructure as per agreed SLAs
  • Drive incidents to resolution, maintaining a high level of service availability

Main Point of Contact:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical and support issues related to Office 365 administration
  • Resolve assigned cases, change requests, and escalate issues when necessary

Monitoring and Response:

  • Monitor and respond to issues and service requests reported to the Service Desk
  • Create and resolve problem tickets to address service issues effectively

Proactive Participation:

  • Proactively engage in escalated issue resolution for Office 365 applications, tools, and features
  • Contribute to the improvement of overall system stability and user experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and supporting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Planner, InTune, Power BI, and Azure Active Directory
  • Strong understanding of connectivity and mobility aspects within the Office 365 environment
  • Experience in incident management and driving critical issue resolution within defined SLAs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical issues
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Relevant certifications in Office 365 administration and support are desirable
