Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will handle daily administrative duties, maintain and manage office equipment, assist with customer service, organize and schedule meetings, manage supplies and inventory, and provide overall support to the office team to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience in managing and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office tools such as MS Office Suite or similar software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees or certifications in office administration are a plus
