Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will oversee daily administrative tasks, ensure the smooth operation of office activities, and manage office equipment and supplies. They will handle communication with clients and vendors, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a well-organized workspace. Additionally, the role involves supporting office staff and contributing to an efficient and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Fluent speaker in Arabic and English
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently, and maintain organizational standards
  • Proficiency in AI Tools & Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is a plus
  • Prior administrative experience in logistics or a related field is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or related fields are a bonus
