Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, organizing office resources, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This role involves utilizing office equipment effectively, managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and maintaining orderly office operations.
  • Proficiency in operating a variety of Office Equipment, such as printers, scanners, and communication devices.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
