Job Summary

The Administrative Officer is responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting management to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and office tasks

Handle incoming calls, emails, and company correspondence

Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate with internal departments and external clients/suppliers

Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when needed

Assist HR and finance teams with documentation and reporting

Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry tasks

Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

13 years of experience in administrative roles

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
