Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and the ability to maintain cleanliness and assist staff and visitors efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist employees with basic office tasks as required
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution
- Deliver documents within and outside the office when needed
- Ensure office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms are clean and well-maintained
- Refill pantry supplies and ensure cleanliness at all times
- Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
- Greet visitors politely and guide them to the concerned department or staff
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with clients and guests
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements
- Monitor and report low stock of office and pantry supplies
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management or admin staff
Requirement & Skills:
- Presentable personality with good personal hygiene
- Polite, respectful, and well-mannered behavior
- Basic understanding of office procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit and able to handle daily tasks
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Minimum basic education
- Familiarity with office environments (corporate/real estate preferred)
- Knowledge of English (basic communication)
