1XL Infra and Real Estate Development LLC seeks an experienced Office Hospitality Manager to lead premium hospitality operations in a corporate real estate environment.

Role

You oversee daily hospitality operations. You ensure consistent five-star service. You lead teams. You manage guest experience. You support senior management.

Key responsibilities

Deliver seamless guest experience from arrival to departure

Manage front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge operations

Lead, train, and supervise hospitality staff

Maintain health, safety, and hygiene compliance

Coordinate VIP visits, meetings, and corporate events

Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor management

Conduct service audits and implement guest feedback

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

5 to 8 years of hospitality operations experience

2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards

UAE experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and PMS systems
