Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the smooth execution of administrative and clerical tasks. The role includes managing communication, supporting staff, and addressing client inquiries to ensure a well-organized work environment. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating schedules, managing records, and assisting with customer service needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong background on software.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to manage interactions with clients and internal teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to handle day-to-day operations and ensure a functional workplace
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment and ability to oversee its maintenance and proper utilization
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) is an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
  • Professional demeanor and ability to adapt to diverse tasks in a dynamic environment
