We are looking for an experiencedOffice Managerto lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a professional services office based inRiyadh. This is a senior support role that combines
1- Office Management
2- Facilities Management
3- Government Relations
4- People Operations, and stakeholder support, working closely with regional leadership.
5- Travel Desk
The RoleReporting to senior leadership, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality support services. You will manage a small on-site team and collaborate closely with regional Finance and People & Culture teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full office operations, facilities, and service providers
- Manage relationships with landlords, vendors, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory, licensing, and Saudization requirements
- Support budgeting, cost control, and contract management
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders
- Manage PRO/GRO activities including visas, licenses, and government filings
- Act as a key point of contact for employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, visas, offboarding, attendance, queries)
- Lead and develop direct reports, including performance management and KPIs
- Coordinate office events, client visits, and internal initiatives
Ideal Profile- Excellent communication in both Arabic and English languages
- Proven experience inOffice Management or Operationswithin Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge oflocal regulations, government processes, and compliance
- Confident people manager with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in amatrix environmentwith regional teams
- Professional presence with the ability to interact at all seniority levels
