Job Description

Our team is looking for an Office Manager to support our operations and ensure a smooth business flow. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Track team progress on assigned tasks and projects.
  • Maintain and update shared documents with project plans, deadlines, and progress reports.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Archive and dispose of outdated or inactive documents according to company policies.
  • Monitor team performance against goals and identify any areas requiring additional support or intervention.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence effectively.
  • Arrange appointments, prepare agendas, and take minutes for meetings.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as assigned by upper management.
  • Implement new procedures and administrative systems to improve efficiency.
  • Act as a receptionist, greeting clients and visitors professionally.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and independent work style with the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Tact, discretion, and diplomacy while maintaining professionalism and assertiveness when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

Working days and hours:

From Saturday to Thursday

From 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation structure:

6,000-10,000EGP month, subject to an annual increase and annual bonus
