Our team is looking for an Office Manager to support our operations and ensure a smooth business flow. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Track team progress on assigned tasks and projects.
- Maintain and update shared documents with project plans, deadlines, and progress reports.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Archive and dispose of outdated or inactive documents according to company policies.
- Monitor team performance against goals and identify any areas requiring additional support or intervention.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Answer calls, take messages, and handle correspondence effectively.
- Arrange appointments, prepare agendas, and take minutes for meetings.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as assigned by upper management.
- Implement new procedures and administrative systems to improve efficiency.
- Act as a receptionist, greeting clients and visitors professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6,000-10,000EGP month, subject to an annual increase and annual bonus
