Role Description

This is a full-time Office Manager role located on-site at Keva's office in New Cairo. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and supporting customer service activities. The role entails ensuring the efficient functioning of the office and providing leadership to administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with managing and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in office management or a similar role is preferred
