Role Description

The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and ensure smooth organizational workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supporting team members, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional and efficiently run workplace.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily workflows and organizational tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Office Equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization of tools necessary for a productive work environment.
  • Customer Service expertise to provide excellent support and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
