MODERN SWIM Academy is one of Dubai's leading swimming academies, delivering structured and professional swimming programs for children across multiple venues in Dubai. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Secretary to join our team on a full-time, on site basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and official documents
Provide executive administrative support
Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding
Manage schedules, meetings, and internal coordination
Maintain organized records and reports
Provide professional customer service to parents and students
Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
UAE experience is preferred
Strong administrative and clerical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
