Yango is on the lookout for an Office Manager to take the helm of our administrative support at our office in Dubai. Apply if you have relevant experience, a positive way of thinking, developed communication skills, and Upper-intermediate English and Fluent Russian.

Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative support for two offices;
- Interact with employees in chats and by request;
- Transform and modernize work and informal spaces;
- Approve, organize, and manage office events;
- Run service tenders and monitor contract execution;
- Keep the office stocked with food and groceries, dishes, medicine, stationery, upholstered furniture, shelving, pouffes, lamps, dcor, accessories, and more.
- Order and update standard direction signs;
- Coordinate work with suppliers and other office departments;
- Organize operations with a cleaning company, including writing instructions for their staff, checking the office, and setting objectives for the cleaning company's management;
- Help set the yearly budget and quarterly projections, and track actual expenses;
- Implement environmentally friendly initiatives and recycling at the office.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as an office manager, administrator, or project manager;
- Ability to organize office life;
- Ability to quickly and independently make decisions regarding problem situations;
- Negotiation and presentation skills;
- Positive, communicative approach with the ability to resolve complex problems raised by employees, including out-of-the-box options;
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills;
- Computer fluency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Upper-intermediate English and fluent Russian.
