We are seeking a passionate Office Receptionist to support our regional office and contribute to the continued success of Genesis across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees
  • Handle incoming calls and emails courteously and efficiently
  • Manage meeting room reservations and front-desk schedules
  • Maintain a presentable and welcoming reception area
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required
Qualifications
  • Bright, friendly, and approachable personality
  • Open-minded, positive, and adaptable attitude
  • Professional and presentable appearance suitable for a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and office systems
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in receptionist, front-desk, or customer service roles
  • Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment
  • Basic to intermediate English communication skills preferred
  • Strong customer-service mindset and eagerness to support others
