Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Office Secretary to support daily administrative and clerical operations. This role is focused on coordination, organization, and execution of routine office tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. The position does not involve managerial responsibilities or decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route phone calls and messages in a professional manner
  • Schedule meetings and manage daily appointments
  • Prepare, type, and format basic documents, letters, and forms
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients courteously
  • Provide administrative support during meetings, including basic documentation
  • Carry out assigned clerical tasks as directed by management
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and office discipline at all times

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive work attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of English or Arabic is an advantage
