We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Office Secretary to support daily administrative and clerical operations. This role is focused on coordination, organization, and execution of routine office tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls and messages in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and manage daily appointments
- Prepare, type, and format basic documents, letters, and forms
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors and clients courteously
- Provide administrative support during meetings, including basic documentation
- Carry out assigned clerical tasks as directed by management
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and office discipline at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive work attitude
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of English or Arabic is an advantage
