Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Secretary & Social Media Management position, based in Doha, Qatar.
  • Responsible for daily office admin (calls, emails/WhatsApp, filing, coordination) while managing social media promotion.
  • Creates flyers, posts, stories, and offer designs, schedules content, and runs/optimizes paid ads (mainly Instagram/Facebook) to increase sales and inquiries.
  • Monitors results, reports performance, and responds to customer messages professionally.
