Primary Functions
Minimum 04 years experience.
- The candidate will oversee the health and safety compliance of the personnel at the project in accordance with BV HSE poly and End User Health and safety Policy.
- Provide HSE leadership and performance feedback to resources allocated to the project.
- Work in close coordination with the project manager to manage and mitigate the risks.
- Ensure all documentation meets the HSE requirements and Project Quality Requirements.
- Actively update and monitor the project HSE Risk Register.
- Provide HSE induction trainings and regular STBTs to personnel working on the project.
- Work in close coordination with Company HSE management and active participate is Safety Walks, Safety moments and company HSE initiatives.
- Actively involve in knowledge transfer activities with the end user.
- Monitor and track the usage of PPE on site and implement controls in managins HSE related risks with external agencies.
Technical Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
- Certification in the Safety Field, NEBOSH
Business Requirements
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Strong Communication skills and able to interact effectively among team members and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.
