Location:Abu Dhabi, UAE (ONSITE)

Pocket Money (basic salary) for first two months

We are expanding ourhigh-performance Sales Teamand are looking for experiencedOffplan Advisor / Property Consultants / Real Estate Sales professionalsto join our success story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification, client consultation, property presentations, negotiations, and transaction closing
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with investors and end-users
  • Conduct property viewings, meetings, and presentations (in person & virtual)
  • Negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and client objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of pricing trends, product availability, and investment indicators
  • Accurately represent PSI's property portfolio and market positioning to clients
  • Generate business via networking, referrals, personal outreach, open houses, events, and digital marketing
  • Follow up on qualified leads provided through PSI's internal and external lead channels
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, interactions, and transactions
  • Support documentation, compliance checks, booking processes, and handovers
  • Collaborate with marketing, administration, and sales leadership teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Provenexperience in UAE real estate sales or residential brokerage
  • Fluency inArabic or at least one European language(French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven mindset with comfort operating in acommission-based income structure
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to CRM follow-up and pipeline management
  • Sound understanding of UAE real estate processes and documentation is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
