About the Role

We are expanding ourhigh-performance Sales Teamand are looking for experiencedOffplan Advisor / Property Consultants / Real Estate Sales professionalsto join our success story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification, client consultation, property presentations, negotiations, and transaction closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with investors and end-users
- Conduct property viewings, meetings, and presentations (in person & virtual)
- Negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and client objectives
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of pricing trends, product availability, and investment indicators
- Accurately represent PSI's property portfolio and market positioning to clients
- Generate business via networking, referrals, personal outreach, open houses, events, and digital marketing
- Follow up on qualified leads provided through PSI's internal and external lead channels
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, interactions, and transactions
- Support documentation, compliance checks, booking processes, and handovers
- Collaborate with marketing, administration, and sales leadership teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Provenexperience in UAE real estate sales or residential brokerage
- Fluency inArabic or at least one European language(French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven mindset with comfort operating in acommission-based income structure
- Strong organisational skills with attention to CRM follow-up and pipeline management
- Sound understanding of UAE real estate processes and documentation is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
