Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell both ready properties to local and international clients

Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors

Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies

Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal processes

Stay informed about the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
