Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for an Offplan Real Estate Broker. The broker will manage client relationships, guide prospective buyers, and provide expert advice on available offplan properties. Daily tasks, generating leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Brokerage and a strong understanding of Offplan market.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build relationships
• Sales expertise including client acquisition, lead conversion, and negotiation
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
