This is your opportunity to join Elysian Real Estate's Luxury Off-Plan division working on some of Dubai's most prestigious developments, exclusive developer roadshows, and high-value investor portfolios.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking experienced Luxury Off-Plan Advisors to join a select team focused on premium developments, strategic investments, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified buyer and investor leads, presenting luxury off-plan opportunities with a strong focus on ROI, capital appreciation, and long-term value
  • Deliver a highly consultative, bespoke service to high-net-worth clients and international investors
  • Represent Elysian at exclusive developer roadshows, private launches, and VIP events
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury off-plan projects, including pricing, payment plans, incentives, and unique selling points
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to provide expert investment advice
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties
  • Liaise closely with developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
  • Accurately manage documentation and administrative processes throughout the sales cycle

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in off-plan sales within the Dubai real estate market, ideally with exposure to luxury developments
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's property market, investment strategies, and buyer profiles
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A polished, professional presentation suited to luxury clientele
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
  • RERA certified with a valid UAE driver's license
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
