Job Overview

We are looking for ambitious and result-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. The role focuses on selling residential and commercial properties (off-plan and secondary market) while delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through company support, referrals, and personal networking
• Advise clients on property options, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Handle end-to-end sales process including viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work closely with developers, landlords, and internal teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales in the UAE is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle client meetings
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / UAE real estate market is an advantage
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
