Established in 2003, LDI is seeking a confident, well-spoken Off-Plan Sales Executive to join our growing team. We provide qualified leadsyour role is to guide clients through the investment journey, close deals, and build long-term relationships with developers and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable off-plan opportunities.
- Stay up to date with market trends, project launches, pricing, and payment plans.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Utilize CRM systems and marketing tools to track leads and performance.
- Provide professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record as a successful real estate agent.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and off-plan segment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools.
