Job Title:
OHTL Engineer (Electrical) Multiple Locations
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Based on Project Requirements (KSA & International Projects)
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 510 years of experience in OHTL (Overhead Transmission Line) projects.
- Strong knowledge of HV/EHV transmission line construction and installation practices.
- Experience in site supervision, construction management, and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with project scheduling, quality control, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to relocate based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise site teams to ensure efficient execution of OHTL activities.
- Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to subordinates.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure balanced workload distribution.
- Monitor daily site activities to meet project milestones and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Track performance, resolve site challenges, and report progress to management.
