OHTL HSE Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

OHTL Mega Projects.

1. Ensure that a copy of the Risk Assessment and JSP is available at the site during job execution.

2. Ensure that a daily Toolbox Talk is conducted by each group Supervisor prior to the start of work, and that the

TBT attendance sheet is available at the work location.

3. Ensure that the PTW System requirements are effectively implemented at the site.

4. Conduct a daily site safety inspection to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

5. Ensure that the Risk Assessment and JSP are implemented at the site during job execution.

6. Prepare the Site Safety Observation Report and send it to the direct Supervisor.

7. Report any incidents or accidents to management.

8. Conduct investigations of any incidents, accidents, or near misses at the site.

9. Ensure the implementation of the SEC 5 Star Safety System at the site.

10. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager/SEC Consultant as per the SEC 5 Star Safety System.

11. Attend weekly and monthly Safety Meetings with Al-Gihaz and Subcontractors.

12. Respond to the job execution team's safety concerns.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

OHTL experience is a must.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Professional Certifications: NEBOSH IG, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, 14001 Internal Auditor.
