Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OIC Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle PaaS technologies to support integrations and extensions within an HCM SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). The role involves designing, developing, and managing integrations and custom applications that support business processes across HCM systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and manage REST/SOAP integrations between HCM SaaS and other enterprise systems.
- Develop user interfaces and applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Design and automate business workflows using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).
- Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and manage integration patterns, orchestration flows, and data mappings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and custom extensions.
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure smooth production deployments.
- Ensure adherence to integration best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
Requirements
Core Requirements
- 710 years of experience in Oracle cloud technical development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS)
- Experience in building cloud integrations, orchestration flows, and API-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration design patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformations.
- Experience integrating HCM SaaS applications with external systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with OTBI reporting.
- Exposure to Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud PaaS ecosystem and HCM integration frameworks.
