Job Description:

1. Stay abreast of global crude oil and refined product market dynamics. Drive business development initiatives in crude oil trading and achieve the company's financial and volume targets.

2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of industry policies. Identify market opportunities and formulate comprehensive procurement and sales strategies.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with upstream and downstream clients to facilitate and execute transactions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the oil trading sector.

2. Deep understanding of the crude oil and refined products industry chain. Possess solid expertise in trading, logistics, and risk management, complemented by familiarity with supply chain operations.

3. Thorough knowledge of relevant national industrial policies and standard business procedures encompassing procurement, sales, transportation, and storage.
