About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Onboarding & Network Delivery Specialist to support the successful onboarding, activation, and technical delivery of new clients on ZIWO's platform. In this role, you will combine customer onboarding coordination with hands-on technical implementation, ensuring clients are properly configured, network-ready, and operational while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing onboarding sessions and client communications
- Support customers in setting up ZIWO platform configurations and activation requirements
- Conduct technical readiness checks, including basic network and VoIP validation
- Assist with VoIP setup, SIP configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting during onboarding
- Guide clients through onboarding documentation, technical guidelines, and training materials
- Track onboarding and activation progress and escalate technical or operational blockers to senior teams
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, onboarding tasks, and delivery documentation
- Collect client feedback post-activation and support follow-up actions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in customer onboarding, technical delivery, or implementation roles, or networking/VoIP/telecom support in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and task ownership skills
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls) and basic to intermediate VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs, QoS)
- CCNA certification required; CCNP is a strong plus
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Proficient in customer orientation, technical problem solving, communication, networking & VoIP knowledge, and collaboration
