Associate Level

Location: Egypt

Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred

Language: Arabic and business-level fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Educating customers and optimizing their product setup for the quickest path to success.
  • Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
  • Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
  • Handle incoming enquiries via emails, calls and chats in a professional manner.
  • Build evergreen content and resources for customers (and other organizations) to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption.
  • Be a SleekFlow expert and discuss or educate on any nuance of the product internally and externally.
  • Work continuously to document the details of each interaction in order to easily research customer issues and to inform product improvements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good command of both written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in communications, customer service and support, sales, account management, or customer success. Customer success courses / training are good to have.
  • Ability to learn, adapt and thrive quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable to engage with a diverse array of customers
  • Problem solving and critical thinking with detail oriented
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong customer obsession attitude with evidence of taking independent and appropriate decisions for the customer
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Team player with the desire to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
